The energy that sheldon brought into our office and each one of our sales meeting’s, was infectious! He led role plays of “real life” sales situations, teaching us to take control of the moment, feel more empowered and willing to take sales risks. Everyone learned if they don’t ask for the sale, someone else probably will. Our focus is now on creating opportunities, whether it is from a new prospect or rounding out an existing account, and our sales results show it because our policy count is up!
