Sheldon Snodgrass worked alongside our senior management team and myself for several months to help us affect a cultural and results-driven transformation of our personal lines agency.  One challenge was to help our client service organization fully embrace the “sales” aspect of their jobs, specifically to help retain and grow our existing client base through cross-selling, up-selling, and referrals.   Sheldon’s witty and engaging approach to breaking down the barriers that hold our service team back from reaching their full potential, and the simple but effective toolkit he has trained them to utilize showed measurable results.  Our transformation will be a long journey, but it is making great progress thanks in part to Sheldon’s on-going support.
